Zelle payments must clear at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival. Can be combined with a Military/Veteran discount. A damage deposit held by credit card is required.

Active Military/Veteran Discount 

If you or a member of your party are an active duty member of the US military or a Veteran, receive 5% off the rent if you send a copy of your military ID, Veteran ID, or DD214. Does not apply to cleaning fees or refundable damage deposit. Discount invalidated without ID.
